Every workout style has a purpose. None of them are beginner workouts. None of them are advanced workouts. They are different ways to train different movement patterns, goals, and qualities, and every workout can be scaled for every member.

Push

Front of the body, squatting, lunging, pressing strength, total-body drive.

Best for: Members ready to build strength through squatting, lunging, pressing, and total-body drive.

Pull

Back of the body, pulling strength, posture, balance, stability.

Best for: Building posterior strength, posture, balance, and stability.

Athletic

Speed, power, coordination, staying athletic and young.

Best for: Members who want to improve speed, power, coordination, and stay athletic.

Engine

Conditioning, endurance, work capacity, mental toughness.

Best for: Conditioning, endurance, work capacity, and mental toughness.

Feel & Move Better — Mature Audiences

For older adults who want to move better, feel better, and train with confidence.

Best for: Older adults, beginners, or anyone who wants to move better and train with confidence.

Build an Athlete

Smart training for developing athletes who want structure, confidence, and long-term progress.

Best for: Developing athletes who need structure, strength, coordination, and long-term progress.

Foundation

Slower, more controlled strength workouts focused on building muscle, moving well, and creating a strong athletic base.

Best for: New members, returning members, post-rehab members, or anyone who needs controlled strength work and a strong athletic base.

Your workout should fit you.

A chair squat and a loaded single-leg squat are built from the same movement. One member may be rebuilding after surgery. Another may be training for collegiate athletics.

The movement pattern stays the same. The coaching changes. My job is not to force you into a workout. My job is to help build the right workout around where you are starting.
