Take this one outside if you can. You’ll feel the difference immediately — more space, more air, and a lot more energy than being stuck inside.

Prep — 5 Rounds

  • 10 Push-Ups
  • 10 V-Ups

Main Work — 4 Rounds

  • 8–12 total DB Step-Back Lunges
  • directly into
  • 6–10 Single-Arm DB Shoulder to Overhead

Finisher

  • Single-Arm Overhead Carry
  • 200 meters
